SunSquabi & GRiZ Release a New Collaboration

Just this morning, Colorado-based Electro Funk band, SunSquabi, released a brand new collaboration with Detroit producer / saxophonist, GRiZ. The track, “Odyssey,” is a silky smooth original with GRiZ wailing some lofty sax riffs over tight drumming (Chris Anderson), funky bass lines (Andrew Clymer) and far-out electronic synths (Kevin Donahue).

This new collaboration comes just in time for SunSquabi’s performance next weekend at New York City’s Webster Hall with The Floozies and Russ Liquid. The three acts are taking over Webster on Friday, 2/26 at 10 PM for just $20 per ticket. You can typically scoop your passes at the door, but to be safe (and to save around $15), get yours online here. The Floozies also just released a new EP, Granola Jones, which we’re almost done reviewing – so stay tuned.
