Maddy O’Neal will be opening up each night, and tagging along May 4th is Chali 2NA, on May 5th Jade Cicada, and on May 6th Michal Menert.

This announcement comes fresh off a heater of a week in Colorado which commenced at Club Red in Telluride on January 31st and concluded after 3-nights at the Belly Up in Aspen on February 1st – 3rd.  Tribe is building momentum in 2018, and just prior to Vegas the band has some great platforms to showcase that.  On March 2nd, STS9 is heading down to Okeechobee Music Festival in Okeechobee, FL and will be accompanied by Slightly Stoopid, Turkuaz, Tipper, Lettuce, Foster the People, Bassnectar, and more.  After that, the band will embark on a journey into the woods of Ozark, AR to Backwoods Music Festival where they will get the opportunity to play alongside Michal Menert and Jade Cicada before the big 3-night stand in Las Vegas.  Links for tickets to Okeechobee and Backwoods Music Festivals are listed below.

Sound-Fix got the chance to catch STS9 just prior to their Colorado run at Gem & Jam Music Festival in Tucson, AZ January 26th and 27th.  We we’re blown away by material from the band’s newest album Wave Spell that was released in September of 2017, including an Enceladus > Wilder sequence night 1.  Enceladus was released as a single just 2 days prior to the release of Wave Spell.  Other jam highlights from the weekend include back to back renditions of Tokyo and Rent, and a serious jam segment that drove a 15-minute Moon Socket into a 16-minute Poseidon.  The set lists and some videos from STS9 at Gem and Jam 2018 are listed below.
