Just yesterday, Suwannee Hulaween unveiled a stacked phase 1 lineup for its October festival. As expected, String Cheese is back for three nights of music, and they’re joined by some notable bands like My Morning Jacket, Umphrey’s McGee, STS9, Big Gigantic w/ The Motet, Lettuce, Greensky Bluegrass, New York’s own Snarky Puppy, and many more. From what we’ve heard, seen and read about Hulaween, the venue itself is reason enough to make the trip down to Florida. Just take a look at this series of pictures.

According to organizers, Suwannee plans to expand Spirit Lake with more art installments, metalwork, paintings, sculptures, light projections and live performances. In addition to music, the festrival will also feature theme nights, yoga, workshops and lots of “surprises” throughout the weekend. Needless to say, it might be a good idea to call off work ahead of time for this festival. Tickets will be limited to 20,000 weekend passes, and go on sale Friday, April 29th at noon EST.
